RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, due to California State law, we are unable to offer refunds for our hair extension products whether used or not... as we cannot re-sell them. However, because it is our mission to assist you in having the hair of your dreams we have decided that as of 06/01/2008 we will now be accepting exchanges FOR HAIR COLOR CHANGES ONLY! The hair extension kit must be in the exact condition as it was when you received it. That includes packaging and tags. It is at our discretion to determine, once we receive the product back from you, whether the product you are returning is re-sellable or not.
HAIR EXTENSION COLORS
Occasionally our customers will receive a product that does not match their hair color. Hair extension colors change constantly as the hair is donated from different individuals. Because of this the variety of hair colors in the hair extension industry (i.e. dark brown may have three dark brown shades) changes also. We do offer a free sample of our hair extensions so you may want to take that step before ordering. Please note, however, because of the constant changing of hair supply (with new donors) we can never guarantee the hair to be the exact color as displayed in the photo color charts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE RETURNS
If the color you receive is not to your satisfaction then click here to complete the exchange form. Optionally you can send us an email including a photo of your hair or send a swatch of your hair in the postal mail. We will do our best to match the hair to yours as closely as possible.
We are most confident you will love wearing our hair extensions and hair pieces and if for any reason you are dissatisfied we will work with you until you are.
