This includes information pertaining to gift recipients, financial information (including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses), and your email address. At no time will your information be used for financial gain or given away or sold.
RETURNS
It is our policy to ensure you are provided with products that will meet your expectations. However, because each order is customized and due to California State law, returns can not be accept on human hair products as they cannot be resold. Because of this we offer to our customers a free hair extension consultation and a free sample. We are confident you will be satisfied with all aspects of your Eternal Hair purchases.
In the event you feel you were misled and your purchase is not as described the following provides instructions for the process of requesting a refund:
-Any item for return must be in the original packaging and include all tags.
-Any product that has been altered from it's original packaging or condition will not be credited.
-All returns require an explanation notification by email to Returns@EternalHair.com within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
-Approval for all returns is based upon your reason and our inspection of the product after we receive it. Once we receive your email we will send you an acceptance or denial notification, by email, with instructions on making your return (if applicable).
After we receive the product it will be inspected and, if approved, a refund for the full purchase amount, less shipping and handling fees, will be issued within 5 business days.
PAYMENT POLICY
Some individuals may feel intimidated or that it is unsafe making online purchases and that's why Eternal Hair uses PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal is the most widely used financial institution on the World Wide Web. PayPal is a free service available to *everyone and offers an abundance of free protection programs (see below). When you purchase goods online with PayPal, your transactions are covered by PayPal's buyer complaint policy. If they find the complaint in your favor, the amount of the payment, if available from the seller, will be transferred back to your account. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make your purchase. You can simply pay with your credit card (or other payment method) as you would with any payment processor. To do this, without opening an account, follow these instructions:

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We are currently accepting International orders and there are no special requirements for our International customers. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Once your payment is received and processed shipment is usually within 24-48 hours, depending on the product ordered. We can ship to P.O. Box addresses but are not liable for lost items unless the customer purchases the (optional) insurance service. Please try to use your physical address rather than a Post Office Box. If no insurance is selected, we are not liable for lost or damaged items. Customers are liable for returned postage charges if the package is returned unclaimed. A separate invoice will be submitted to you for the additional postage charges.
PRODUCT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Eternal Hair and it's owners are in no way responsible for any damage caused to a buyer's hair or for any complications which may occur as a result of the use of Eternal Hair products. It is our professional experience that all Eternal Hair products are safe will not damage your hair when used according to the instructions included with our products. However, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to the bonding agent and/or the hair on people sensitive to these items. Use at your own risk.
